1 The book of the generation of I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) Anointed (Messiah, Christ), the son of Beloved (David), the son of Father of a Multitude (Abraham).
2 Father of a Multitude (Abraham) begat Laughter (Isaac); and Laughter (Isaac) begat Heel-Grabber (Jacob); and Heel-Grabber (Jacob) begat Praised (Judah) and his brothers.
3 And Praised (Judah) begat Breach (Perez) and Rising (Zerah) of Date Palm (Tamar); and Breach (Perez) begat Surrounded by a Wall (Hezron); and Surrounded By a Wall (Hezron) begat Exalted (Aram);
4 And Exalted (Aram) begat Kindred of the Prince (Amminadab); and Kindred of the Prince (Amminadab) begat Oracle (Nahshon); and Oracle (Nahshon) begat Garment (Salmon).
5 And Garment (Salmon) begat Fleetness (Boaz) of Wide (Rahab); and Fleetness (Boaz) begat Serving (Obed) of Friendship (Ruth); and Serving (Obed) begat I Possess (Jesse).
6 And I Possess (Jesse) begat Beloved (David) the king, and Beloved (David) the king begat Peace (Solomon) of her that had been the wife of Yahweh is My Flame (Uriah).
7 And Peace (Solomon) begat The People Have Enlarged (Rehoboam); and The People Have Enlarged (Rehoboam) begat Yahweh Is My Father (Abijah); and Yahweh Is My Father (Abijah) begat Man of Sorrows, Healer (Asa).
8 And Man of Sorrows, Healer (Asa) begat Yahweh Has Judged (Jehoshaphat); and Yahweh Has Judged (Jehoshaphat) begat Yahweh Is Exalted (Joram); and Yahweh Is Exalted (Joram) begat My Strength is Yahweh (Uzziah).
9 And My Strength is Yahweh (Uzziah) begat Yahweh Is Perfect (Jotham), and Yahweh Is Perfect (Jotham) begat He Has Grasped (Ahaz), and He Has Grasped (Ahaz) begat Yahweh Is My Strength (Hezekiah).
10 And Yahweh Is My Strength (Hezekiah) begat Causing to Forget (Manasseh); and Causing to Forget (Manasseh) begat Builder (Amon); and Builder (Amon) begat Whom Yahweh Heals (Josiah).
11 And Whom Yahweh Heals (Josiah) begat Yahweh Will Establish (Jeconiah) and his brothers, about the time they were carried away to Mixed-Up Confusion (Babylon):
12 After they were brought to Mixed-Up Confusion (Babylon), Yahweh Will Establish (Jeconiah) begat I Have Asked of God (Salathiel); and I Have Asked of God (Salathiel) begat Sown in Babylon (Zerubbabel).
13 And Sown in Babylon (Zerubbabel) begat My Father is Majesty (Ahihud); and My Father is Majesty (Ahihud) begat God Raises and Sets Up (Eliakim); and God Raises And Sets Up (Eliakim) begat He That Assists (Azzur);
14 And He That Assists (Azzur) begat Righteous (Zadok); and Righteous (Zadok) begat Yahweh Raises Up (Jokim); and Yahweh Raises Up (Jokim) begat God His Praise (Eliud);
15 And God His Praise (Eliud) begat God Has Helped (Eleazar); and God Has Helped (Eleazar) begat A Gift (Mattan); and A Gift (Mattan) begat Heel-Grabber (Jacob);
16 And Heel-Grabber (Jacob) begat I AM Will Add (Joseph) the husband of Rebellion (Mary), of whom was born I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), who is called Anointed (Messiah, Christ).
17 So all the generations from Father of a Multitude (Abraham) to Beloved (David) are fourteen generations; and from Beloved (David) until the carrying away into Mixed-Up Confusion (Babylon) are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Mixed-Up Confusion (Babylon) to Anointed (Messiah, Christ) are fourteen generations.
18 Now the birth of I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) Anointed (Messiah, Christ) was as follows: When His mother, Rebellion (Mary), was espoused to I AM Will Add (Joseph), before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19 Then I AM Will Add (Joseph) her husband, being a just man and unwilling to make her a public example, was minded to divorce her privily.
20 But while he thought about these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “I AM Will Add (Joseph), son of Beloved (David), fear not to take Rebellion (Mary) as your wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 She will bring forth a son, and you will call His name I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua): for He will save His people from their sins.”
22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying:
23 “Behold, a virgin will be with child, and will bring forth a son, and they will call His name Emmanuel,” which being interpreted is, “God With Us.”
24 Then I AM Will Add (Joseph) being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took his wife home,
25 But knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called His name I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).
2
1 Now when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) was born in House of Bread (Bethlehem) of Land of Praise (Judaea) in the days of Heroic (Herod) the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem),
2 Saying, “Where is He that is born King of the Praise (Jews)? For we have seen His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”
3 When Heroic (Herod) the king heard these things, he was troubled, and all Rain of Peace (Jerusalem) with him.
4 When he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded to know where Anointed (Messiah, Christ) should be born.
5 And they said to him, “In House of Bread (Bethlehem) of Land of Praise (Judaea): for thus it is written by the prophet:
6 You House of Bread (Bethlehem), in the land of Praised (Judah), are not the least among the princes of Praised (Judah); for out of you will come a Governor, that will rule my people God Prevails (Israel).”
7 Then Heroic (Herod), when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.
8 Then he sent them to House of Bread (Bethlehem) and said, “Go and search diligently for the young child; and when you have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship Him also.”
9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
11 When they came into the house, they saw the young child with Rebellion (Mary) his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him; and when they had opened their treasures, they presented to him gifts: gold, and frankincense and myrrh.
12 Then, they were warned by God in a dream that they should not return to Heroic (Herod), so they departed to their own country another way.
13 When they departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to I AM Will Add (Joseph) in a dream, saying, “Arise, and take the young child and His mother, and flee into Double Straights (Egypt), and stay there until I bring you word: for Heroic (Herod) will seek the young child to destroy Him.”
14 So he arose, and took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Double Straights (Egypt),
15 And was there until the death of Heroic (Herod), that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, “Out of Double Straights (Egypt) have I called My Son.”
16 Then Heroic (Herod) was filled with rage when he saw that the wise men had mocked him. He sent forth and slew all the children in House of Bread (Bethlehem) and in all the surrounding area, from two years old and under, according to the time he had diligently inquired of the wise men.
17 That fulfilled the prophecy spoken by Whom Jehovah Has Appointed (Jeremiah) the prophet, saying,
18 “In The Height (Rama) there was a voice heard, lamentation, weeping, and great mourning, Ewe (Rachel) weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.”
19 But when Heroic (Herod) was dead, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to I AM Will Add (Joseph) in Double Straights (Egypt),
20 Saying, “Arise, and take the young child and His mother, and go into the land of God Prevails (Israel), for those who sought the young child's life are dead.”
21 So he arose, and took the young child and His mother, and came into the land of God Prevails (Israel).
22 But when he heard that Prince of the People (Archelaus) reigned in Land of Praise (Judaea) in the room of his father Heroic (Herod), he was afraid to go there; notwithstanding, being warned of God in a dream, he turned aside into the parts of Circuit-District (Galilee):
23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Branch (Nazareth), that what was spoken by the prophets might be fulfilled, “He will be called a Consecrated One (Nazarene).”
3
1 In those days, I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Land of Praise (Judaea),
2 Saying, “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”
3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet I AM’s Help (Isaiah), saying, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness; Prepare the way of the Lord, make His paths straight.”
4 I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) had clothing of camel's hair, and a leather girdle about his loins; his food was locusts and wild honey.
5 The people went out to him, Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), and all Land of Praise (Judaea), and all the region round about The Descender (Jordan),
6 And were baptized by him in The Descender (Jordan), confessing their sins.
7 But when he saw many of The Separate (Pharisees) and The Righteous (Sadducees) come to his baptism, he said to them, “O generation of vipers, who has warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8 Bring forth, therefore, fruits proving repentance;
9 Do not think to say within yourselves, We have Father of a Multitude (Abraham) as our father; for I say to you, that God is able to cause these stones to raise up children to Father of a Multitude (Abraham).
10 And now also the axe is laid to the root of the trees; therefore, every tree which does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire.
11 Indeed, I baptize you with water for repentance. But He that comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear. He will baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
12 Whose fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather His wheat into the garner, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
13 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came from Circuit-District (Galilee) to The Descender (Jordan) to I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), to be baptized by him.
14 But I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) protested, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and You come to me?”
15 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered him, “Permit it to be so now, for it becomes us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he permitted Him.
16 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), when He was baptized, went up straightway out of the water, and the heavens were opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon Him;
17 And heard a voice from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
4
1 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
2 When He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He was hungry.
3 Then the tempter came to Him, he said, “If you are the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.”
4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man will not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’”
5 Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, and set Him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6 And said to Him, “If you are the Son of God, cast Yourself down, for it is written, ‘He will give His angels charge concerning You, and in their hands, they will bear You up, lest at any time You dash Your foot against a stone.’”
7 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “It is written again, ‘You will not tempt the Lord your God.’”
8 Again, the devil took Him up into an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them.
9 He said to Him, “All these things will I give to you if you will fall down and worship me.”
10 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Go away, Adversary (Satan)! for it is written, ‘You will worship the Lord your God, and Him only will you serve.’”
11 Then the devil left Him, and angels came and ministered to Him.
12 Now when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) heard that I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) was cast into prison, He departed into Circuit-District (Galilee);
13 And leaving Branch (Nazareth), He came and dwelt in Village of Comfort (Capernaum), which is on the seacoast, near the borders of Exalted (Zebulun) and Wrestling (Naphtalim),
14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by I AM’s Help (Isaiah) the prophet, saying,
15 “The land of Exalted (Zebulun), and the land of Wrestling (Naphtalim), by the way of the sea, beyond The Descender (Jordan), of Circuit-District (Galilee) of the Gentiles.
16 The people who sat in darkness saw great light, and to those who sat in the region and shadow of death, light has sprung forth.”
17 From that time I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”
18 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), was walking by the sea of Circuit-District (Galilee) when He saw two brothers, Heard (Simon) called Stone (Peter), and Manly (Andrew) his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.
19 He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
20 They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
21 And going on from there, He saw two other brothers, Supplanter (James) the son of My Gift (Zebedee), and I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) his brother, in a ship with My Gift (Zebedee) their father, mending their nets; and He called them.
22 They immediately left the ship and their father and followed Him.
23 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went about all Circuit-District (Galilee), teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
24 His fame went everywhere: and they brought all sick people to Him that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, those who were possessed with devils, and those who were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and He healed them.
25 Great multitudes of people from Circuit-District (Galilee), from Decapolis, from Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), from Land of Praise (Judaea), and from beyond The Descender (Jordan) followed Him.
5
1 Seeing the multitudes, He went up into a mountain; and when He sat down, His disciples came to Him.
2 There He opened His mouth, and taught them, saying,
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
4 Blessed are they that mourn, for they will be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are they who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they will be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the children of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’s sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
11 Blessed are you, when men revile you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake.
12 Rejoice and be exceeding glad, for great is your reward in Heaven: for they persecuted the prophets who came before you.
13 You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt loses its savor, how will it be salted? It is good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the foot of men.
14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.
17 Think not that I have come to destroy the law or the prophets: I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill.
18 For truly I say to you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle will in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever, therefore, will break one of these least commandments, and will teach men so, he will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven, but whosoever will do and teach them, the same will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
20 For I say to you, unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), you will in no way enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
21 You have heard that it was said by them of old, you will not murder; and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.
22 But I say to you whoever is angry with his brother without a cause will be in danger of the judgment; and whoever will say to his brother, Raca (senseless, empty-headed man), will be in danger of the council; but whoever says, ‘You fool (moral blockhead),’ will be in danger of hell fire.
23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you,
24 Leave your gift there before the altar and go your way; first be reconciled to your brother and then come and offer your gift.
25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him; lest at any time the adversary delivers you to the judge, and the judge delivers you to the officer, and you are cast into prison.
26 Truly I say to you, you will by no means come out of there until you have paid the uttermost farthing.
27 You have heard that it was said by them of old time, ‘You will not commit adultery’;
28 But I say to you that whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out, and cast it from you. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell.
30 If your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off, and cast it from you. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell.
31 It has been said, ‘Whoever will put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement.’
32 But I say to you that whoever puts away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery, and whosoever will marry the woman who is divorced commits adultery.
33 Again, you have heard that it has been said by them of old time, ‘You will not forswear yourself, but will perform the oaths you made to the Lord.’
34 But I say to you, Swear not at all; neither by Heaven; for it is God's throne,
35 Nor by the earth, for it is His footstool, neither by Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), for it is the city of the great King.
36 Neither will you swear by your head because you cannot make one hair white or black.
37 But let your communication be: ‘Yea, yea; Nay, nay’; for whatever is more than these comes of evil.
38 You have heard that it has been said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’
39 But I say to you, that you resist not evil. But whoever hits you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40 And if any man will sue you in court, and take away your coat, let him have your cloak also.
41 And whosoever compels you to go a mile, go with him two.
42 Give to him that asks you, and from him that would borrow of you, do not turn away.
43 You have heard that it has been said, ‘You will love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.’
44 But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you,
45 That you may be the children of your Father who is in Heaven. For he makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if you love them which love you, what reward is it? Don’t the publicans do the same?
47 If you salute your brothers only, what more do you than others? Don’t the publicans do so?
48 Therefore be perfect (mature), just as your Father who is in Heaven is perfect (mature).”
6
1 “Take heed that you do not do your alms before men, to be seen of them; otherwise, you have no reward of your Father who is in Heaven.
2 Therefore when you give your alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward.
3 But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does,
4 That your alms may be in secret. And your Father, who sees in secret will reward you openly.
5 And when you pray, do not be as the hypocrites are. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners, that they may be seen of men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward.
6 But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
7 But when you pray, do not use vain repetitions, as the heathen do, for they think they will be heard for their much speaking.
8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows the things you need even before you ask Him.
9 Pray like this: ‘Our Father who is in Heaven, hallowed be Your name.
10 Your Kingdom come, Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.’
14 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,
15 But if you do not forgive men their sins, neither will your Father forgive your sins.
16 Moreover when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. They disfigure their faces, so that they may appear to men to be fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward.
17 But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face.
18 So you do not appear to men to fast, but to your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you openly.
19 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal,
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
22 The light of the body is the eye. If your eye is single, your whole body will be full of light.
23 But if your eye is evil, your whole body will be full of darkness. Therefore, if the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 No man can serve two masters; either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
25 Therefore I say to you; take no thought for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor for your body, what you will put on. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?
26 Behold the fowls of the air, for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than them?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit to his stature?
28 And why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they do not toil, neither do they spin.
29 And yet I say to you that even Peace (Solomon) in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 If God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘How will we be clothed?’
32 After all these things the Gentiles seek; Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
33 But seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things will be added to you.
34 Take therefore no thought for tomorrow, for tomorrow will take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient for the day is the evil thereof.”
7
1 “Judge not, that you might not be judged.
2 For with the judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with what measure you deal out, it will be measured to you again.
3 Why do you behold the speck that is in your brother's eye, but consider not the beam that is in your own eye?
4 Or how will you say to your brother, ‘Let me pull the speck out of your eye,’ when there is a beam in your own eye?
5 You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; then you will see clearly to cast out the speck out of your brother's eye.
6 Do not give that which is holy to the dogs, neither cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and attack you.
7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 For everyone that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it will be opened.
9 Or what man is there of you, who if his son asks for bread, will he give him a stone?
10 Or, if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?
11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in Heaven give good things to them that ask Him?
12 Therefore in all things whatsoever you would like men to do to you, do those things to them, for this is the law and the prophets.
13 Enter in at the strait gate. For wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and there are many which go in there.
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to life, and few find it.
15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire.
20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
21 Not everyone that says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the will of my Father who is in Heaven.
22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your Name? and in Your Name have cast out devils? and in Your Name done many wonderful works?’
23 But will I profess to them, ‘I never knew you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity.’
24 Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house upon a rock.
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; it did not fall, for it was founded on a rock.
26 And everyone that hears these sayings of mine, and does not do them, will be likened to a foolish man, who built his house on the sand.
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”
28 And it came to pass, when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine,
29 For He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
8
1 When He came down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.
2 Then a leper came and worshipped Him, saying, “Lord, if You will, You can make me clean.”
3 So I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) put forth His hand, and touched him, saying, “I will; be clean.” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Tell no man; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”
5 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) then went into Village of Comfort (Capernaum), and there came to Him a centurion, beseeching Him,
6 Saying, “Lord, my servant lies at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.”
7 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “I will come and heal him.”
8 The centurion answered, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof, but speak the word only, and my servant will be healed.
9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this man, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
10 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) heard it, He marveled and said to those who were following, “Truly I say to you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in God Prevails (Israel).
11 I say to you, many will come from the east and west and will sit down with Father of a Multitude (Abraham), and Laughter (Isaac), and Heel-Grabber (Jacob), in the Kingdom of Heaven.
12 But the children of the Kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
13 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to the centurion, “Go your way; as you have believed, so be it done to you.” And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
14 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came to Stone's (Peter) house, He saw his wife's mother lying sick of a fever.
15 He touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she arose, and ministered to them.
16 When the evening came, they brought to Him many that were possessed with devils, and He cast out the spirits with His word, and healed all that were sick;
17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by I AM’s Help (Isaiah) the prophet, saying, “Himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses.”
18 Now, when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) saw the great multitudes about Him, He gave a commandment to depart to the other side.
19 There a certain scribe came, and said to Him, “Master, I will follow You wherever You go.”
20 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”
21 Another of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, permit me first to go and bury my father.”
22 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.”
23 When He entered the ship, His disciples followed Him.
24 As they sailed, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves; but He was asleep.
25 His disciples woke Him up, saying, “Lord, save us; we perish.”
26 He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
27 But the men marveled, saying, “What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him!”
28 When He came to the other side into the country of the Dwelling on a Clayey Soil (Gergesenes), there two people who were possessed with devils met Him, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
29 They cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?”
30 There was a good way off from them, a herd of many swine feeding.
31 So the devils begged him, saying, “If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine.”
32 So He said to them, “Go.” And when they came out, they went into the herd of swine; and the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea and perished in the waters.
33 Those that kept them fled, went into the city, and told everything that had befallen those possessed of the devils.
34 Then the whole city came out to meet I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua); and when they saw Him, they begged Him to depart out of their territory.
9
1 He entered a ship, passed over, and came into His own city.
2 There, they brought him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed. I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) seeing their faith said to the sick of the palsy, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins have been forgiven.”
3 But certain of the scribes said within themselves, “This man blasphemes.”
4 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) knowing their thoughts said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts?
5 Which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven?’ Or, ‘Arise, and walk?’
6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins, then he said to the sick of the palsy, ‘Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.’”
7 So he arose and departed to his house.
8 But when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, which had given such power to men.
9 As I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) left there, He saw a man, named Speak (Matthew), sitting at the tax collector's office, and He said to him, “Follow me.” And he arose and followed Him.
10 It came to pass, as I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) sat at a meal in the house, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with Him and His disciples.
11 When the Separate (Pharisees) saw it, they said to His disciples, “Why does your Master eat with publicans and sinners?”
12 But when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) heard that, He said to them, “Those who are whole do not need a physician, but those that are sick.
13 But go and learn what it means, ‘I will have mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
14 Then the disciples of I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) came to Him, saying, “Why do we and the Separate (Pharisees) fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”
15 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua)answered them, “Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and then will they fast.
16 No man puts a piece of new cloth to an old garment, because the new will tear from the garment, and the tear will be made worse.
17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles; else the bottles break, and the wine runs out, and the bottles perish; but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.”
18 While He spoke these things to them, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped Him, saying, “My daughter is dead, but come and lay your hand on her, and she will live.”
19 So I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) arose to follow Him, and so did His disciples.
20 As they went, a woman, who was diseased with an issue of blood for twelve years, came behind Him and touched the hem of His garment,
21 For she said within herself, ‘If I may but touch His garment, I will be whole.’
22 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) turned around, and when He saw her, He said, “Daughter, be of good comfort; your faith has made you whole.” And the woman was made whole from that hour.
23 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came into the ruler's house and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,
24 He said to them, “Go away, for the girl is not dead, but sleeps.” And they laughed Him to scorn.
25 But when the people were put out, He went in, and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.
26 So His fame spread all over that land.
27 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying, and saying, “Son of Beloved (David), have mercy on us.”
28 When He came into the house, the blind men came to Him, and I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”
29 Then touched He their eyes, saying, “According to your faith be it to you.”
30 Suddenly, their eyes were opened; then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) strictly charged them, saying, “See that no man knows it.”
31 But when they departed, they spread His fame all over that country.
32 As they went out, they brought to Him a dumb man possessed with a devil.
33 When the devil was cast out, the dumb spoke; and the multitudes marveled, saying, “Nothing like this has been seen in God Prevails (Israel).”
34 But The Separate (Pharisees) said, “He casts out devils through the prince of the devils.”
35 So, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
37 Then He said to his disciples, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
38 Pray to the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest.”
10
1 Then, He called his twelve disciples to Himself and gave them power against unclean spirits, casting them out, and healing all manner of sickness and disease.
2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: The first, Heard (Simon), who is called Stone (Peter), and Manly (Andrew) his brother; Supplanter (James) the son of My Gift (Zebedee), and I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) his brother;
3 Horse Lover (Philip), and Son of Plowman (Bartholomew); Twin (Thomas), Gift of I AM (Matthew) the publican; Supplanter (James) the son of Changing (Alphaeus), and A Man of Heart (Lebbaeus*), whose surname was Courageous (Thaddaeus);
* one of the twelve apostles. From a comparison with the catalogue of apostles in Lk 6:16, and Acts 1:13, it seems that Judas, Lebbaeus and Thaddaeus were the same person, and the writer of the book of Jude.
4 Heard (Simon) the Zealot, and Praised (Judah) Man of the City (Iscariot), who also betrayed him.
5 These twelve I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) sent forth, and commanded saying, “Do not go to the Gentiles (foreigners), or into any city of the Watch Mountainites (Samaritans),
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of God Prevails (Israel).
7 As you go, preach, saying, ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.’
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils. Freely you have received, freely give.
9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, shoes, nor staves, for the workman is worthy of his wages.
11 Into whatever city or town you enter, enquire who in it is worthy, and stay there till you go.
12 When you come into a house, salute it.
13 If the house is worthy, let your peace come on it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.
14 Whoever will not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city shake off the dust of your feet.
15 Truly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Burning (Sodom) and Tyrants (Gomorrah) in the day of judgment, than for that city.
16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep among wolves; therefore, be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
17 But beware of men; they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues.
18 You will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles (foreigners).
19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you will speak, for it will be given you in that same hour what you will speak.
20 For it is not you that speaks, but the Spirit of your Father which speaks in you.
21 Brothers will deliver up the brothers to death, and fathers their children; and the children will rise up against their parents and cause them to be put to death.
22 You will be hated of all men for My Name's sake; but He that endures to the end will be saved.
23 When they persecute you in this city, flee to another, for I tell you, you will not have gone over the cities of God Prevails (Israel) till the Son of Man comes.
24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
25 It is enough for the disciple that he is as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household?
26 Do not fear them, for there is nothing covered, that will not be revealed; nothing hid, that will not be known.
27 What I tell you in darkness, speak in the light, and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops.
28 Do not fear those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? Not one of them will fall on the ground without your Father knowing.
30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Fear not, therefore, you are of more value than many sparrows.
32 Whoever, therefore, will confess Me before men, I will confess also before My Father who is in Heaven.
33 But whosoever will deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father who is in Heaven.
34 Think not that I have come to bring peace on earth. I did not come to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
36 A man's foes will be those of his own household.
37 He that loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he that loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.
38 And he that does not take his cross, and follow after Me, is not worthy of Me.
39 He that finds his life will lose it: and he that loses his life for My sake will find it.
40 He that receives you receives Me, and he that receives Me receives Him that sent Me.
41 He that receives a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet's reward; he that receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward.
42 And whosoever will give to drink to one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he will in no way lose his reward.”
11
When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had made an end of commanding His twelve disciples, He departed from there to teach and preach in their cities.
2 Now, when I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) heard from prison about the works of Anointed (Messiah, Christ), he sent two of his disciples
3 And said to Him, “Are You He that should come, or do we look for another?”
4 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered saying to them, “Go back and tell I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) those things which you hear and see:
5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
6 Blessed is he, who is not offended by Me.”
7 Then as they departed, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) began to say to the multitudes concerning I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?
8 What did you really go out to see? A man clothed in soft robes? Behold, they wear soft clothing in kings' houses.
9 What did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I say to you, and more than a prophet.
10 For this is he, of whom it is written, ‘Behold, I send My messenger before You, who will prepare Your way before You.’
11 Truly, I say to you, among them that are born of women there has not risen a greater than I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist; notwithstanding he that is least in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he.
12 And from the days of I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist until now the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until I AM is a Gracious Giver (John).
14 And, if you will receive it, this is My God is I Am (Elijah), who was to come.
15 He that has ears to hear, let him hear.
16 But to what will I liken this generation? It is like children sitting in the markets, and calling to their fellows,
17 And saying, ‘We have piped to you, and you have not danced; we have mourned to you, and you have not lamented.’
18 For I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a devil.’
19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners.’ But Wisdom is justified by her children.”
20 Then began He to upbraid the cities wherein most of His mighty works were done, because they did not repent.
21 “Woe to you, Furnace of Smoke (Chorazin)! Woe to you, House of Fish (Bethsaida)! If the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in A Rock (Tyre) and Hunter/Fisher (Sidon), they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
22 But I say to you, it will be more tolerable for A Rock (Tyre) and Hunter/Fisher (Sidon) at the day of judgment, than for you.
23 And you, Village of Comfort (Capernaum), which are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to hell; for if the mighty works, which have been done in you, had been done in Burning (Sodom), it would have remained until this day.
24 But I say to you, It will be more tolerable for the land of Burning (Sodom) in the day of judgment, than for you.”
25 At that time I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) prayed and said, “I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them to babes.
26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in your sight.
27 All things are delivered to Me by my Father, and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither does any man know the Father, save the Son, and he to whoever the Son will reveal Him.
28 Come to Me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest to your souls.
30 For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
12
1 At that time, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went on the Sabbath day through the field. His disciples were hungry and began to pluck the ears of corn and to eat.
2 But when The Separate (Pharisees) saw it, they said to Him, “Look, Your disciples do what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath day.”
3 But He said to them, “Have you not read what Beloved (David) did, when he was hungry, and those that were with him?
4 How he entered into the house of God, and ate the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests?
5 Or have you not read in the law, how on the Sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless?
6 But I say to you that in this place is One greater than the temple.
7 If you had known what this means, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, you would not have condemned the guiltless.
8 For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath day.”
9 When He departed from there, He went into their synagogue.
10 There was a man whose hand had withered. And they asked Him, “Is it lawful to heal on Sabbath days?” That they might accuse Him.
11 He answered them, “What man will there be among you, that has a sheep fall into a pit on the Sabbath day, who will not lay hold on it, and lift it out?
12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Therefore, it is lawful to do well on Sabbath days.”
13 Then He said to the man, “Stretch forth your hand.” So, he stretched it forth and it was restored whole, like the other.
14 Then The Separate (Pharisees) went out, and held a council against Him, how they might destroy Him.
15 But when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) knew it, He withdrew Himself from there. And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them all
16 And charged them that they should not make Him known;
17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Yahweh’s Help (Isaiah) the prophet, saying,
18 “Behold My servant, whom I have chosen; My beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit on Him, and He will show judgment to the Gentiles (foreigners).
19 He will not strive, nor cry; neither will any man hear His voice in the streets.
20 A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth judgment to victory.
21 And in His name the Gentiles (foreigners) will trust.”
22 Then one possessed with a devil was brought to Him, blind, and dumb, and He healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spoke and saw.
23 And all the people were amazed, and said, “Is this not the Son of Beloved (David)?”
24 But when The Separate (Pharisees) heard it, they said, “This fellow casts out devils but by Lord of the House (Beelzebub) the prince of the devils.”
25 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) knew their thoughts and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.
26 So if Adversary (Satan) casts out Adversary (Satan), he is divided against himself; how will then his kingdom stand?
27 And if I, by Lord of the House (Beelzebub) cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore, they will be your judges.
28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the Kingdom of God has come to you.
29 How can one enter a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except by first binding the strong man? And then he will spoil his house.
30 He that is not with Me is against Me, and he that does not gather with Me scatters abroad.
31 Therefore I say to you: All manner of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven of men, but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost will not be forgiven of men.
32 And whosoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him, but whosoever speaks against the Holy Ghost, it will not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt, for the tree is known by its fruit.
34 O generation of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.
36 But I say to you, For every idle word that men speak; they will give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
38 Then certain of the scribes and The Separate (Pharisees) answered, saying, “Master, we would see a sign from You.”
39 But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Dove (Jonah):
40 For as Dove (Jonah) was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
41 The men of Offspring of Ease (Nineveh) will rise in judgment with this generation and will condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Dove (Jonah); and behold, a greater than Dove (Jonah) is here.
42 The Queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with this generation and will condemn it, for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Peace (Solomon); and, behold, a greater than Peace (Solomon) is here.
43 When the unclean spirit goes out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none.
44 Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came out’; and when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and garnished.
45 Then he goes and takes with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there, and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so, it will also be for this wicked generation.”
46 While He was talking to the people, His mother and His brothers stood outside, desiring to speak with Him.
47 Then someone said to Him, “Your mother and Your brothers are waiting outside, desiring to speak with You.”
48 But He answered and said to the person who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?”
49 Then He stretched forth His hand toward his disciples and said, “Behold My mother and My brothers!
50 For whoever does the will of My Father who is in Heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother.”
13
1 That same day, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) left the house and sat by the seaside.
2 There, great multitudes gathered to Him, so He went into a ship, and sat while the whole multitude stood on the shore.
3 He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, “Behold, a sower went forth to sow.
4 As he sowed, some seeds fell by the wayside, and the fowls came and devoured them up.
5 Some fell on stony places, where there wasn’t much dirt and right away they sprung up, but they had no depth of earth.
6 When the sun was up, they were scorched; they withered away because they had no root.
7 Some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprung up, and choked them.
8 But others fell into good ground and brought forth fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
9 He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”
10 The disciples came, and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?”
11 He answered them, “Because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but to them it is not given.
12 For whosoever has, to him will be given, and he will have more abundance, but whosoever has not, from him will be taken away even that which he has.
13 Therefore speak I to them in parables, because they, seeing, see not; and hearing, they hear not, neither do they understand.
14 For in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Yahweh’s Help (Isaiah), which said, ‘By hearing you will hear, and will not understand; and seeing you will see, and will not perceive.
15 For these people's hearts are callused, their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes, they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.’
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear.
17 For truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them, and to hear those things which you hear, and have not heard them.
18 Hear, therefore, the parable of the sower.
19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand, the wicked one comes and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is he who received the seed by the wayside.
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the word, and with joy receives it.
21 Yet he has no root in himself but grows for a while, but when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22 He that received seed among the thorns is he that hears the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; he also bears fruit, and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”
24 Another parable He told to them, saying, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.
25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, then went his way.
26 So, when the blade sprang up and brought forth fruit, the tares appeared.
27 So the servants of the householder came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? Where did these tares come from?’
28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and gather them up?’
29 But he said, ‘No; lest while you gather the tares, you also root up the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers: Gather together the tares first, and bind them in bundles to burn them, then gather the wheat into my barn.’”
31 Another parable He shared with them was, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field;
32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds, but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.”
33 This is another parable He told them, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like to leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.”
34 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) all these things spoke to the multitude in parables, and without a parable, He did not speak to them,
35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, “I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.”
36 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) sent the multitude away and entered the house. There his disciples came to Him, saying, “Please explain the parable of the tares of the field.”
37 He answered them, “He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man.
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one.
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so will it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of Man will send forth his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and those who do iniquity.
42 He will cast them into a furnace of fire and there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then will the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
44 Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in a field; when a man has found, he hides it; and for joy thereof goes and sells all that he has, and buys that field.
45 Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls;
46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
47 Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered fish of every kind.
48. When it was full, they drew to shore, sat down, and gathered the good into vessels but cast the bad away.
49 So will it be at the end of the world. The angels will come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And will cast them into the furnace of fire; there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”
51 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Have you understood all these things?” They say to Him, “Yes, Lord.”
52 Then said He to them, “Therefore, every scribe who is instructed about the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who is a householder, who brings forth out of his treasure things new and old.”
53 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had finished these parables, He departed from there.
54 Then He came into His own country, where He taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, “Why does this man have this wisdom and these mighty works?
55 Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Rebellion (Mary)? and his brothers, Supplanter (James), Exalted (Joses), Heard (Simon), and Praised (Judah)?
56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?”
57 And they were offended by Him. But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and in his own house.”
58 He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
14
1 At that time Heroic (Herod) the tetrarch heard of the fame of I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua)
2 And said to his servants, “This is I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; that is why He does all these mighty works.”
3 For Heroic (Herod) had laid hold on I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), and bound him, and put him in prison for Heroica’s (Herodias) sake, his brother Horse Lover's (Philip) wife.
4 For I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) said to him, “It is not lawful for you to have her.”
5 He would have put him to death but he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
6 But when it was Heroic's (Herod) birthday, the daughter of Heroica (Herodias) danced before them and pleased Heroic (Herod).
7 Whereon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask.
8 And she, being instructed by her mother before, said, “Bring to me I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist's head on a platter.”
9 The king was sorry; nevertheless, for the oath's sake, and those who sat with him at the meal, he commanded it to be given to her.
10 So he sent and beheaded I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) in the prison.
11 And his head was brought on a platter and given to the damsel, and she brought it to her mother.
12 His disciples came, took the body, and buried it. Then they went and told I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).
13 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) heard of it, He departed there by ship into a desert place apart; and when the people heard, they followed Him on foot out of the cities.
14 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came out, He saw a great multitude. He was moved with compassion toward them, and He healed their sick.
15 When it was evening, His disciples came to him, saying, “This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves food.”
16 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “They do not need to depart; you give them something to eat.”
17 And they say to Him, “We only have five loaves and two fishes.”
18 He answered, “Bring them to me.”
19 Then He commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
20 They all ate and were filled. Then they took up the fragments that remained, twelve baskets full.
21 The number that had eaten was about five thousand men, besides women and children.
22 Right after, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) told His disciples to get into a ship and to go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away.
23 When He had sent the multitudes away, He went up into a mountain apart to pray; and when the evening came, He was there alone.
24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves because the wind was contrary.
25 And in the fourth watch of the night I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went to them, walking on the sea.
26 When the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a spirit, and they cried out for fear.”
27 But right away I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.”
28 Then Stone (Peter) answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, have me come to You on the water.”
29 He responded, “Come.” Then Stone (Peter) came down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).
30 But when he saw the boisterous wind, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!”
31 Immediately I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stretched forth His hand, caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
32 And when they got into the ship, the wind ceased.
33 Then those in the ship came and worshipped Him, saying, “It is true! You are the Son of God.”
34 After they crossed to the other side, they entered the land of A Harp (Gennesaret).
35 When the men of that place heard He was there, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought to Him all that were diseased;
36 They begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly whole.
15
1 Then the scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), who were from Rain of Peace (Jerusalem) said to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua),
2 “Why do your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? They do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
3 But He answered, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
4 For God commanded, Honor your father and mother; and he that curses his father or mother, let him die the death.
5 But you say, Whoever will say to his father or his mother, ‘It is a gift,’ even though I might have blessed you;
6 Even though he does not honor his father or his mother, he will be free. Thus, have you made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition.
7 You hypocrites, well did Yahweh’s Help (Isaiah) prophesy of you, saying,
8 ‘This people draw near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me.
9 But they worship Me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’”
10 And He called the multitude and said to them, “Hear, and understand;
11 That which goes into the mouth does not defile a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this, defiles a man.”
12 Then His disciples asked Him, “Do you know that The Separate (Pharisees) were offended after hearing this saying?”
13 But He answered, “Every plant My heavenly Father has not planted, will be rooted up.
14 Let them alone; they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the ditch.”
15 Then Stone (Peter) said to Him, “Explain this parable to us.”
16 So I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said, “Are you still without understanding?
17 Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18 But those things proceeding out of the mouth come from the heart; they defile the man.
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
20 These are the things which defile a man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”
21 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) departed for the coasts of A Rock (Tyre) and Hunter/Fisher (Sidon).
22 There, a woman of Humbled One (Canaan) came to Him, and cried to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of Beloved (David); my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.”
23 But He did not answer her, not a word. His disciples came and besought Him, saying, “Send her away; for she cries after us.”
24 But He answered, “I have only been sent to the lost sheep of the house of God Prevails (Israel).”
25 Then she came and worshipped Him, saying, “Lord, help me.”
26 But He answered, “It is not fitting to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.”
27 And she replied, “True Lord, yet the dogs eat of the crumbs that fall from their masters' table.”
28 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered her, “O woman, great is your faith! Be it to you even as you will.” And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
29 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) departed from there and came near the sea of Circuit-District (Galilee), went up into a mountain, and sat down there.
30 Great multitudes came to Him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and laid them at I AM is Our Salvation’s (Yeshua) feet; and He healed them,
31 So much so that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see; and they glorified the God of God Prevails (Israel).
32 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) called His disciples to Him, and said, “I have compassion on this multitude because they continue with Me now three days, and have nothing to eat. And I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint on the way.”
33 But His disciples said to Him, “Where should we find so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude?”
34 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “How many loaves do you have?” They answered, “Seven, and a few little fishes.”
35 Then He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground.
36 He took the seven loaves and the fishes, gave thanks, broke them, and gave to His disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
37 They all ate and were filled. Then they took up the broken food that was leftover, seven baskets full!
38 Those who ate were four thousand men, besides women and children.
39 Afterwards, He sent away the multitude, got on a ship, and came into the coasts of A Tower (Magdal).
16
1 The Separate (Pharisees) and The Righteous (Sadducees) came to tempt Him, desiring that He would show them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘it will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’
3 And in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today; the sky is red and lowering.’ You hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky; but can you not discern the signs of the times?
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; but there will not be a sign given to it, except the sign of the prophet Dove (Jonah).” And He left them and departed from there.
5 And when His disciples came to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread.
6 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Take heed and beware of the leaven of The Separate (Pharisees) and of The Righteous (Sadducees).”
7 They reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have not brought bread.”
8 Which, when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) perceived He said to them, “O you of little faith, why do you reason among yourselves because you have brought no bread?
9 Do you not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?
10 Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand and how many baskets you took up?
11 How is it that you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread, but that you should beware of the leaven of The Separate (Pharisees) and of The Righteous (Sadducees)?”
12 Then they understood that He did not warn them to beware of the leaven of bread but of the doctrine of The Separate (Pharisees) and The Righteous (Sadducees).
13 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came into the coasts of Severed Horse Lover (Caesarea Philippi), He asked his disciples, “Whom do men say that I, the Son of Man am?”
14 They responded, “Some say that You are I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist; some, My God is I Am (Elijah); and others, Whom Jehovah Has Appointed (Jeremiah), or one of the prophets.”
15 He then asked them, “But whom do you say that I am?”
16 And Heard (Simon) answered Him, “You are the Anointed (Messiah, Christ), the Son of the living God.”
17 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered him, “You are blessed Heard, Son of Dove (Simon Barjona); for flesh and blood has not revealed it to you, but My Father who is in heaven.
18 And I say to you, that you are Stone (Peter), and on this rock, I will build My church; and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.
19 I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; and whatsoever you will bind on earth will be bound in heaven; and whatsoever you will loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
20 Then He charged His disciples that they should tell no man that He was I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) the Anointed (Messiah, Christ).
21 From that time forth, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) began to show to His disciples, how that he must go to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.
22 Then Stone (Peter) took Him, and began to rebuke Him, saying, “Be it far from You Lord! This will not be to You.”
23 But He turned and said to Stone (Peter), “Get behind Me Adversary (Satan); you are a stumbling block to Me; for you do not savor the things that are of God, but those that are of men.”
24 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) spoke to His disciples, “If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.
25 For whosoever will save his life will lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake will find it.
26 For what is a man profited, if he will gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then He will reward every man according to his works.
28 Truly, I say to you, there will be some standing here, who will not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”
17
1 After six days I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) took Stone (Peter), Supplanter (James), and I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) his brother, and brought them up into a high mountain by themselves,
2 And was transfigured before them: His face shone as the sun, and His raiment was white as the light.
3 Then, amazingly, Drawn (Moses) and My God is I Am (Elijah) appeared to them talking with Him.
4 Then Stone (Peter), responded to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), “Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You will, let us make here three tabernacles; one for You, and one for Drawn (Moses), and one for My God is I Am (Elijah).”
5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them; then a voice came out of the cloud, which said, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear Him.”
6 When the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were terribly afraid.
7 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came and touched them, and said, “Arise and do not be afraid.”
8 When they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one, except I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).
9 As they came down from the mountain, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) charged them, saying, “Tell the vision to no man until the Son of Man has risen again from the dead.”
10 Then His disciples asked Him, “Why then, do the scribes say that My God is I Am (Elijah) must first come?”
11 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “My God is I Am (Elijah) truly will first come, and restore all things.
12 But I say to you, My God is I Am (Elijah) has come already, and they did not recognize him but have done to him whatsoever they wanted. Likewise, also the Son of Man will suffer by them.”
13 Then the disciples understood that He spoke to them of I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) the Baptist.
14 When they came to the multitude, a certain man came to Him, knelt down before Him, and said,
15 “Lord, have mercy on my son; for he has horrible seizures; He often falls into the fire, and oft into the water.
16 I brought him to Your disciples, and they could not cure him.”
17 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered, “O faithless and perverse generation, how long will I be with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him here to Me.”
18 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) rebuked the devil, and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
19 The disciples came to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) when alone, and asked, “Why could we not cast him out?”
20 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “Because of your unbelief; for Truly I say to you; If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move to another place,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible to you.
21 Howbeit this kind does not go out but by prayer and fasting.”
22 While they stayed in Circuit-District (Galilee), I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “The Son of Man will be betrayed into the hands of men;
23 And they will kill Him, and the third day He will be raised again.” And they were exceeding sad.
24 When they came to Village of Comfort (Capernaum), they that received tribute money came to Stone (Peter), and said, “Does your master not pay tribute?”
25 He replied, “Yes.” And when he came into the house, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stopped him with a question, “What do you think, Heard (Simon)? Of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute, of their own children, or strangers?”
26 Stone (Peter) said to him, “Of strangers.” I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Then are the children free.
27 Notwithstanding, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast a hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money: take that, and give to them for you and Me.”
18
1 At the same time the disciples came to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), asking, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”
2 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) called a little child to Him, and set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted, and become as little children, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
4 Therefore, whoever will humble himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
5 And whoever receives one such little child in My name receives Me.
6 But whoever offends one of these little ones who believe in Me, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung about his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7 Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses will come; but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!
8 Therefore, if your hand or your foot offends you, cut them off, and cast them from you; it is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
9 If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out, and cast it from you; it is better for you to enter life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
10 Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones; for I say to you, that in heaven their angels always behold the face of My Father who is in Heaven.
11 For the Son of Man has come to save those who were lost.
12 What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine, and go into the mountains, seeking the one that went astray?
13 And if he finds it, truly I say to you, he rejoices more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which did not go astray.
14 Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in Heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
15 Moreover if your brother trespasses against you, go and tell him about his fault between you and him alone; if he hears you, you have gained your brother.
16 But if he will not hear you, take with you one or two more, that every word may be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses.
17 And if he neglects to hear them, tell it to the church; but if he neglects to listen to the church, let him be to you as a heathen man and a publican.
18 Truly I say to you, whatsoever you will bind on earth will be bound in heaven; and whatsoever you will loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say to you, that if two of you will agree on earth as touching anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by My Father who is in Heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in My Name, there am I in the midst of them.”
21 Then Stone (Peter) came to him, and said, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Till seven times?”
22 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “I say to you, not until seven times: but, until seventy times seven.
23 Therefore is the Kingdom of Heaven likened to a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought to him, who owed him ten thousand talents.
25 Because he could not pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
26 The servant fell down, and worshipped him, saying, ‘Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’
27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, freed him, and forgave his debt.
28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellow servants, who owed him a hundred pence; and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, ‘Pay me that you owe.’
29 And his fellow servant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’
30 And he would not; but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.
31 So when his fellow servants saw what was done, they were very sorry and came and told their lord all that was done.
32 After that his lord called him, and said to him, ‘O you wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt, because you asked me;
33 Shouldn’t you also have compassion on your fellow servant, even as I pitied you?’
34 And his lord was angry, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due to him.
35 So likewise will My heavenly Father do also to you, if you from your hearts do not forgive each of his brothers’ trespasses.”
19
When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had finished these sayings, He departed from Circuit-District (Galilee) and came into the region of Land of Praise (Judaea) beyond The Descender (Jordan).
2 Great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them there.
3 The Separate (Pharisees) also came to Him, tempting Him, and saying to Him, “Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?”
4 He answered, “Have you not read, that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 For this cause will a man leave father and mother, and will cleave to his wife; and the two will be one flesh?
6 Therefore they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man put asunder.”
7 They asked Him, “Why did Drawn (Moses) command them to give a writing of divorce to put her away?”
8 He said to them, “Drawn (Moses) permitted you to put away your wives because of the hardness of your hearts; but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say to you, whoever puts away his wife, except because of fornication, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoso marries her that is put away commits adultery.”
10 His disciples said to Him, “If this is the case, of a man and his wife, it is not good to marry.”
11 He answered them, “All men cannot receive this saying, only those to whom it is given.
12 There are some eunuchs, who were born so from their mother's womb; and there are some eunuchs, who were made eunuchs of men; and there are eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.”
13 Then some brought to Him little children, so He would put His hands on them, and pray; and the disciples rebuked them.
14 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said, “Permit the little children and do not forbid them, to come to Me: for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
15 And He laid His hands on them and departed from there.
16 Then a young man came and asked Him, “Good Master, what good thing will I do, that I may have eternal life?”
17 He answered him, “Why do you call Me good? There is none good but one, and that is, God; but if you will enter life, keep the commandments.”
18 The young man said to Him, “Which?” I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered, “You will do no murder, you will not commit adultery, you will not steal, you will not bear false witness,
19 Honor your father and mother; you will love your neighbor as yourself.”
20 The young man said to Him, “All these things have I kept from my youth up; what do I still lack?”
21 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “If you will be perfect, go and sell that you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come and follow Me.”
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful; for he had great possessions.
23 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to his disciples, “Truly I say to you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
24 Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.”
25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, “Who then can be saved?”
26 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) looked at them and said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
27 Then Stone (Peter) answered Him, “Look, we have forsaken all, and followed You; what will we have?”
28 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) replied, “Truly I say to you, you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit in the throne of His glory, you also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of God Prevails (Israel).
29 And everyone that has forsaken houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for My Name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit everlasting life.
30 But many that are first will be last, and the last will be first.”
20
1 “For the Kingdom of Heaven is like a farmer, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.
2 And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 Then he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
4 And said to them, ‘Go into the vineyard, and I will give you whatever is right.’ So, they went their way.
5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour and did likewise.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle. So, he asked them, ‘Why are you standing here all day idle?’
7 They answered, ‘Because no man has hired us.’ He told them, ‘Go work in the vineyard; whatever is right, I will pay you.’
8 So when evening came, the lord of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their hire, beginning from the last to the first.’
9 When those who were hired about the eleventh hour came, they each received a penny.
10 But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise, each received a penny.
11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
12 Saying, ‘These last have only worked one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who have borne the burden and heat of the day.’
13 But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I do you no wrong; did you not agree with me for a penny?
14 Take what is yours and go your way; I will give to this last, even as to you.
15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is your eye evil, because I am good?’
16 So the last will be first, and the first last; for many are called, but few chosen.”
17 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went up to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem). Along the way He took the twelve disciples apart, saying to them,
18 “Look, we are going up to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem); and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn Him to death,
19 And will deliver Him to the Gentiles (foreigners) to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify Him; but on the third day He will rise again.”
20 Then the mother of My Gift’s (Zebedee’s) children came to him with her sons, worshipping Him, and desiring a certain thing of Him.
21 And he said to her, “What do you desire?” She said to him, “Grant that my two sons may sit, the one on Your right hand, and the other on the left, in Your kingdom.”
22 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered her, “You know not what you ask. Are you able to drink of the cup that I will drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to Him, “We are able.”
23 Then He said to them, “You will indeed drink of My cup and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand, and on My left, is not Mine to give, but it will be given to them for whom it is prepared by My Father.”
24 And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brothers.
25 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) called them to Him and said, “You know that the princes of the Gentiles (foreigners) exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority on them.
26 But it will not be so among you; but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister.
27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant;
28 Even as the Son of Man came not to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
29 And as they departed from Its Moon (Jericho), a great multitude followed Him.
30 Now two blind men were sitting by the wayside when they heard that I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) was passing by, they cried out, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of Beloved (David).”
31 But the multitude rebuked them and told them they should hold their peace; but they cried the more, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of Beloved (David).”
32 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stood still and called them, and said, “What would you have Me to do for you?”
33 They say to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened.”
34 So I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.
21
1 When they drew near Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), and came to House of Unripe Figs (Bethphage), to the Mount of Olives, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) sent two of His disciples,
2 Saying to them, “Go into the next village, and straightway you will find an ass tied, and a colt with her; untie them, and bring them to Me.
3 If any man stops you, tell him, ‘The Lord needs them’; and he will send them right away.”
4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
5 “Tell the daughter of Lofty (Sion): ‘Behold, your King comes to you, meek, and sitting on an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.’”
6 So the disciples went, and did as I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) commanded them,
7 They brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set Him thereon.
8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees and strew them along the way.
9 A great multitude went before Him and also followed after Him. They cried, saying, “O Save! (Hosanna) to the son of Beloved (David); Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord; O Save! (Hosanna) in the highest.”
10 When He came into Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?”
11 And the multitude proclaimed, “This is I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) the prophet of Branch (Nazareth) of Circuit-District (Galilee).”
12 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went into the Temple of God, and cast out all those that sold and bought in the Temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
13 He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house will be called the house of prayer’; but you have made it a den of thieves.”
14 Then the blind and the lame came to Him in the Temple, and He healed them.
15 When the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that He did, and the children crying in the Temple and saying, “O Save! (Hosanna) to the Son of Beloved (David),” they were very displeased,
16 And said to Him, “Do You hear what they are saying?” I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “Yes; have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings You have perfected praise?’”
17 He left them and went out of the city to House of Dates (Bethany) and lodged there.
18 Now in the morning as He returned to the city, He was hungry.
19 And when He saw a fig tree in the way, He came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said to it, “Let no fruit grow on you henceforward forever.” And presently the fig tree withered away.
20 When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How quickly the fig tree withered away!”
21 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith, and doubt not, you will not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if you will say to this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; it will be done.
22 And all things, whatever you will ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
23 When He came into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to Him as He was teaching, and said, “By what authority do You these things? Who gave You this authority?”
24 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “I also will ask you one thing; if you tell me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
25 The baptism of I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), where did it come from? Heaven, or of men?” And they reasoned within themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘from Heaven’; He will say to us, ‘Why didn’t you believe him?’
26 But if we say, ‘Of men’; we fear the people; for all hold I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) as a prophet.”
27 So they answered I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), “We cannot tell.” And He said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.
28 But what do you think? A certain man had two sons. He said to the first, ‘Son, go work today in my vineyard.’
29 His son answered, ‘I will not’: but afterward, he repented and went.
30 And he came to the second and said likewise. This son answered and said, ‘I will go, sir’; but didn’t go.
31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to him, “The first.” I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) replied, “Truly I say to you, the publicans and the harlots go into the Kingdom of God before you.
32 For I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him, but the publicans and the harlots believed him; and you, when you had seen it, did not repent afterward, that you might believe him.
33 Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner, who planted a vineyard, hedged it roundabout, dug a winepress in it, built a tower, and rented it out to husbandmen. Then he went into a far country;
34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen so they might receive the fruits of it.
35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first; and they did to them likewise.
37 But last of all he sent to them his son, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’
38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, ‘This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize his inheritance.’
39 They attacked him, cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.
40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those husbandmen?”
41 They said to him, “He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard to other husbandmen, who will pay him the fruits in their seasons.”
42 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Did you never read in the scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the head of the corner; this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes?’
43 Therefore say I to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
44 And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomsoever it falls on, it will grind him to powder.”
45 When the chief priests and The Separate (Pharisees) heard His parables, they perceived that He spoke of them.
46 But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitude, because they took Him for a prophet.
22
1 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) spoke to them again by parables and said:
2 “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king, who made a marriage for his son.
3 He sent forth his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding, and they would not come.
4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, ‘Tell them who are invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready; come to the marriage.’
5 But they made light of it, and went their way, one to his farm, another to his merchandise.
6 Those remaining took his servants, treated them spitefully, and slew them.
7 But when the king heard of it, he was so angry that he sent forth his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but they who were invited were not worthy.
9 Go therefore into the highways, and as many as you find, invite them to the wedding.’
10 So those servants went out to the highways and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good; and the wedding was furnished with guests.
11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man who did not have on a wedding garment.
12 He said to him, ‘Friend, how is it that you came in but didn’t put on a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.
13 Then said the king to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.”
15 Then The Separate (Pharisees), went and took counsel about how they might entangle Him in His talk.
16 So they sent their disciples to Him with the Heroic (Herodians), saying, “Master, we know that You are true, and teach the way of God in truth, neither do you care for any man; for You do not regard the person of men.
17 Tell us, therefore, What do You think? Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?”
18 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) perceived their wickedness and said, “Why do you tempt Me, you hypocrites?
19 Show Me the tribute money.” And they brought Him a penny.
20 He said to them, “Whose is this image and superscription?”
21 They say to him, “Caesar's.” Then He told them, “Render therefore to Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and to God the things that are God's.”
22 When they heard these words, they marveled, left Him, and went their way.
23 The same day The Righteous (Sadducees) came to Him who say that there is no resurrection, and asked Him:
24 “Master, Drawn (Moses) said, ‘If a man dies, having no children, his brother is to marry his wife, and raise up seed for his brother.’
25 Now there were with us seven brothers; and the first, when he had married a wife, died having no child, and left his wife to his brother.
26 Likewise the second also, and the third, to the seventh.
27 And last of all the woman died also.
28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife will she be of the seven? For they all had her.”
29 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “You err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
31 But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have you not read that which was spoken to you by God, saying,
32 ‘I am the God of Father of a Multitude (Abraham), and the God of Laughter (Isaac), and the God of Heel-Grabber (Jacob)?’ God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”
33 When the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine.
34 But when The Separate (Pharisees) heard that He had put The Righteous (Sadducees) to silence, they gathered together.
35 Then one of them, who was a lawyer, asked Him a question, tempting Him, and saying,
36 “Master, what is the great commandment in the law?”
37 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “You will love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it, you will love your neighbor as yourself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
41 While The Separate (Pharisees) were gathered together, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) asked them,
42 “What do you think about the Anointed (Messiah, Christ)? Whose son is He?” They answered Him, “The son of Beloved (David).”
43 He then asked, “How then does Beloved (David) in spirit call Him Lord, saying,
44 ‘The Lord said to my Lord, sit here on My right hand, till I make Your enemies your footstool?’
45 If Beloved (David) then calls Him Lord, how is He his son?”
46 No man was able to answer Him a word and from that day forward they didn’t ask Him any more questions.
23
1 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) spoke to the multitude, and to His disciples,
2 Saying, “The scribes and The Separate (Pharisees) sit in Drawn’s (Moses') seat;
3 Therefore, whatever they instruct you to observe, do all; but do not imitate their works; for they say and do not.
4 They bind heavy burdens, grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they will not help them with one of their fingers.
5 All of their works are done to be seen of men; they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
6 They love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
7 The greetings in the markets, and to be called by men, Rabbi, Rabbi.
8 But don’t you be called Rabbi; for only one is your guide, the Anointed (Messiah, Christ); and all of you are brothers.
9 Call no man your father on the earth; for one is your Father, who is in heaven.
10 Neither be called master teachers; for only one is your master teacher, the Anointed (Messiah, Christ).
11 But he that is greatest among you will be your servant.
12 Whoever exalts himself will be abased, and he that humbles himself will be exalted.
13 But woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men. You neither go in yourselves nor permit those who are entering to go in.
14 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayer; therefore, you will receive the greater damnation.
15 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you scour sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, you make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
16 Woe to you, you blind guides, who say, ‘Whosoever will swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever will swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!’
17 You fools and blind! Which is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifies the gold?
18 And, whoever swears by the altar you say, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gift that is on it, he is guilty.
19 You fools and blind; for which is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifies the gift?
20 Whoever swears by the altar, swears by it, and by everything on it.
21 And whoever swears by the Temple, swears by it, and by Him that dwells there.
22 And he that swears by Heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by Him who sits thereon.
23 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith; these you should have done, and not to leave the other undone.
24 You blind guides, who strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26 You blind Separate (Pharisee), cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside may also be clean.
27 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! for you are like whitened sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
28 Even so you outwardly appear righteous to men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29 Woe to you, scribes and The Separate (Pharisees), hypocrites! because you build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchers of the righteous,
30 And say, ‘If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.’
31 Therefore you are witnesses to yourselves, that you are the children of those who killed the prophets.
32 Fill up then the measure of your fathers.
33 You serpents, you generation of vipers, how can you escape the damnation of hell?
34 Therefore, behold, I send to you prophets, wise men, and scribes; and some of them you will kill and crucify; and some of them will you scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city;
35 That on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Breath (Abel) to the blood of Remembered by I AM (Zacharias), son of I Am Blesses (Barachias), whom you slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Truly I say to you; All these things will come on this generation.
37 O Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), you that kill the prophets, and stone them who are sent to you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and you would not!
38 Behold, your house is left to you desolate.
39 For I say to you, you will not see Me in the future until you say, ‘Blessed is He that comes in the Name of the Lord.’”
24
1 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) left the Temple, and His disciples came to Him to show Him the buildings of the Temple.
2 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Do you see all these things? Truly I say to you, there will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down.”
3 As He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?”
4 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “Take heed that no man deceives you.
5 For many will come in My Name, saying, ‘I am Anointed (Messiah, Christ)’; and will deceive many.
6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then will they deliver you up to be afflicted and will kill you; and you will be hated by all nations for My Name's sake.
10 Many will be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 Many false prophets will arise and deceive many.
12 And because iniquity will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13 But he that endures to the end will be saved.
14 And this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations, and then the end will come.
15 When you therefore see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoever reads, let him understand)
16 Then let those who are in Land of Praise (Judaea) flee into the mountains;
17 Let him who is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house;
18 Neither let him who is in the field return to take his clothes.
19 And woe to those that are with child, and to those that are nursing in those days!
20 But pray that your flight is not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day;
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, nor ever will be.
22 Except those days should be shortened, there would be no flesh saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
23 Then, if any man will say to you, ‘Look, here is Anointed (Messiah, Christ)’, or ‘there’; do not believe it.
24 For there will arise false Anointeds (Messiahs, Christs), and false prophets, and will shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they would deceive the very elect.
25 Remember, I have told you before.
26 Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the desert’; do not go; ‘behold, he is in the secret chambers’; do not believe it.
27 For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines to the west; so also will be the coming of the Son of Man.
28 For wherever the carcass is, the vultures will be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;
30 Then the sign of the Son of Man in heaven will appear. All the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; when its branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near;
33 So likewise, when you see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Truly I say to you, this generation (age) will not pass, till all these things are fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour no man knows, not even the angels of Heaven, but my Father only.
37 As the days of Noah were, so also will be the coming of the Son of Man.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
39 They did not know until the flood came, and took them all away; so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
40 Then two will be in the field; one will be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch, therefore; for you know not what hour your Lord comes.
43 But know this, if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have permitted his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ready; at an hour you don’t expect, the Son of Man will come.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom His Lord has made ruler over his household, to give them provisions in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom His Lord, when he comes, finds him doing so.
47 Truly, I say to you, that He will make Him ruler over all His goods.
48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My Lord delays His coming.’
49 And begins to smite his fellow-servants, and to eat and drink with the drunks.
50 The Lord of that servant will come in a day when he doesn’t look for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 He will cut him asunder and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
25
1 The Kingdom of Heaven is like virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
2 Five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 Those that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them;
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 At midnight a cry was made, ‘Behold, the bridegroom comes; go out to meet him.’
7 Then all the virgins arose and trimmed their lamps.
8 The foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps have gone out.’
9 But the wise answered, ‘No; there will not be enough for us and you; go to the market and buy for yourselves.’
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and those that were ready went in with him to the marriage; and the door was shut.
11 Afterward the other virgins came, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us.’
12 But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’
13 Watch, therefore, for you do not know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man will come.
14 For the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his servants, and delivered to them his goods.
15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his abilities; and left on his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with it and made five more talents.
17 Likewise he that had received two, gained another two.
18 But he that had received one went and dug in the earth and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants came and reckoned with them.
20 So he that had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you gave me five talents; behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.’
21 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things; come into the joy of your lord.’
22 He that had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.’
23 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things; enter into the joy of your lord.’
24 Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I know that you are a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not strewn;
25 I was afraid and went and hid your talent in the earth; look, there you have that is yours.’
26 His lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strewed;
27 You should have put my money in the bank, and then I should have received mine with interest on my coming.
28 Take, therefore, the talent from him and give it to him, who has ten talents.’
29 For to everyone that has will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him that has not will be taken away even that which he has.
30 And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
31 When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
32 Before Him all nations will be gathered; and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats;
33 He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then the King will say to them on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
35 For I was hungry, and you gave Me food; I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and you took Me in;
36 Naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me.’
37 Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You? or thirsty, and give You drink?
38 When did we see You a stranger, and took You in? or naked, and clothed You?
39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and came to You?’
40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, in as much as you have done it to one of the least of these My brothers, you have done it to Me.’
41 Then He will say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels;
42 For I was hungry, and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty, and you gave Me no drink;
43 I was a stranger, and you did not take Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me not; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’
44 Then will they also answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to You?’
45 Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, since you did not help one of the least of these, you did not help Me.’
46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment; but the righteous into life eternal.”
26
When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had finished all these sayings, He said to His disciples,
2 “You know that in two days is the Feast of the Passover, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to be crucified.”
3 Then the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders of the people assembled together, at the palace of the high priest, who was called As Comely (Caiaphas).
4 There, they consulted concerning how they might take I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) by subtilty and kill Him.
5 But they said, “Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.”
6 Now when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) was in House of Dates (Bethany), in the house of Heard (Simon) the leper,
7 A woman came to Him with an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on His head, as He sat to eat.
8 But when His disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, “To what purpose is this waste?
9 This ointment might have been sold for much and given to the poor.”
10 When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) understood it, He said to them, “Why do you trouble the woman? She has done a good work for Me.
11 You will have the poor with you always, but Me you will not always have.
12 She has poured this ointment on My body, she did it for my burial.
13 Truly I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done, will be told for a memorial of her.”
14 Then one of the twelve, called Praise (Judas) Man of the City (Iscariot), went to the chief priests,
15 And said to them, “What will you give me, and I will deliver Him to you?” So they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
16 From that time on he sought an opportunity to betray Him.
17 Now on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) and asked Him, “Where do you want us to prepare to eat the Passover?”
18 He answered, “Go into the city to such a man and say to him, ‘The Master said My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples.’”
19 The disciples did as I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had instructed them, and they prepared the Passover.
20 Now when the evening came, He sat down with the twelve.
21 As they ate, He said, “Truly I say to you, that one of you will betray Me.”
22 They were exceedingly sorrowful, and every one of them began to say to him, “Lord, is it I?”
23 He answered, “He that dips his hand with Me in the dish, the same will betray Me.
24 The Son of Man goes as it is written of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.”
25 Then Praise (Judas), who betrayed Him, answered saying, “Master, is it I?” He said to Him, “You have said.”
26 As they were eating, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take, eat; this is My body.”
27 Then He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink all of it.
28 For this is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 But I say to you, I will not drink again of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom.”
30 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
31 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “All of you will be offended because of Me tonight; for it is written, ‘I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered abroad.’
32 But after I have risen again, I will go before you into Circuit-District (Galilee).”
33 Stone (Peter) answered him, “Though all men will be offended because of You, yet I will never be offended.”
34 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to Him, “Truly I say to you, that this night, before the cock crow, you will deny Me three times.”
35 Stone (Peter) declared to Him, “Though I should die with You, yet I will not deny You.” And all the disciples declared the same thing.
36 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went with them to a place called Oil Press (Gethsemane), and said to the disciples, “Sit here, while I go and pray yonder.”
37 He took with Him Stone (Peter) and the two sons of My Gift (Zebedee) and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
38 Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death; wait here, and watch with Me.”
39 He went a little farther, fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.”
40 He came back to the disciples, found them asleep, and said to Stone (Peter), “What, could you not watch with Me one hour?
41 Watch and pray, that you don’t enter into temptation; the spirit is indeed willing, but the flesh is weak.”
42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, “O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from Me, except I drink it, Your will be done.”
43 He came and found them asleep again; for their eyes were heavy.
44 So He left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.
45 Then He came to His disciples, and said to them, “Sleep on now, and take your rest; behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46 Rise, let us be going; behold, he is at hand that will betray Me.”
47 As He spoke, Praise (Judas), one of the twelve, came, and with him were a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48 Now the one who betrayed Him gave them a sign, saying, “Whoever I kiss, that is He; hold Him fast.”
49 He came to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) and said, “Hail, master”; and kissed Him.
50 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Friend, why have you come?” Then they came, and laid hands on I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) and took Him.
51 Then, one of them who were with I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stretched out his hand, drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.
52 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Put your sword away; for all that take the sword will perish with the sword.
53 Do you think that I cannot now pray to my Father, and He will give Me more than twelve legions of angels?
54 But how then will the scriptures that must be fulfilled happen?”
55 In that same hour, I AM is Our S alvation (Yeshua) said to the multitudes, “Have you come out as against a thief with swords and staves to take Me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and you did not arrest Me.
56 But all this was done so that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples forsook Him and fled.
57 And those that had laid hold on I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) led Him away to As Comely (Caiaphas), the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.
58 But Stone (Peter) followed him afar off to the high priest's palace, went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.
59 Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), to put Him to death.
60 But they found none, though many false witnesses came, yet they found none. At last, two other false witnesses came,
61 Who said, “This fellow said, ‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and build it again in three days.’”
62 At that, the high priest arose, and demanded of Him, “Are You not going to answer? Are these accusations against You true?”
63 But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) held His peace. The high priest questioned Him, “I adjure you by the living God, tell us whether You are the Anointed (Messiah, Christ), the Son of God.”
64 I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “You have said; nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power and coming in the clouds of Heaven.”
65 Then the high priest tore his clothes, and cried, “He has spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? Look, now you have all heard His blasphemy.
66 What do you think?” They answered, “He is guilty of death.”
67 Then they spit in his face, and hit Him with their fists; and others hit Him with the palms of their hands,
68 Saying, “Prophesy to us, You Anointed (Messiah, Christ), Who is it that hit you?”
69 Now Stone (Peter) sat outside in the palace courtyard; and a damsel came to him, saying, “You also were with I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) of Circuit-District (Galilee).”
70 But he denied it before them all, saying, “I don’t know what you are saying.”
71 And when he went out to the porch, another maid saw him and said to those who were there, “This fellow was also with I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) of Branch (Nazareth).”
72 Again he denied with an oath, “I do not know the man.”
73 After a while those that stood by came to him and said to Stone (Peter), “Surely you also are one of them; for your speech betrays you.”
74 Then he began to curse and to swear, saying, “I don’t know the man.” And immediately the cock crew.
75 Then Stone (Peter) remembered the word of I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), who said to him, “Before the cock crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went out and wept bitterly.
27
1 When the morning came, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) to put Him to death;
2 Then they bound Him, led Him away, and delivered Him to Son of the Sea Armed with a Spear (Pontius Pilate), the governor.
3 Then Praise (Judas), who had betrayed Him, when he saw that He was condemned, repented, and brought the thirty pieces of silver back to the chief priests and elders,
4 Saying, “I have sinned in that I have betrayed innocent blood.” They retorted, “What is that to us? That’s your problem.”
5 Then he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed and went and hanged himself.
6 So the chief priests took the silver pieces and said, “It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.”
7 Then they took counsel, and bought the potter's field with it, to bury strangers in.
8 Therefore that field is called The Field of Blood to this day.
9 This fulfilled that which was spoken by Whom Jehovah Has Appointed (Jeremiah) the prophet, “And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of Him that was valued, whom they of the children of God Prevails (Israel) did value.
10 And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.”
11 As I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stood before the governor, the governor asked Him, “Are You the King of the Praise (Jews)?” I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “You say so.”
12 Then He was accused by the chief priests and elders, and He didn’t answer.
13 Then Armed with a Spear (Pilate) pressed Him, “Do You hear how many things they witness against you?”
14 But Jesus did not answer a word; causing the governor to marvel greatly.
15 Now at that feast the governor traditionally released to the people a prisoner, whom they chose.
16 At that time they had a notable prisoner, called Son of a Father (Barabbas).
17 Therefore, when they were gathered together, Armed with a Spear (Pilate) said to them, “Who do you want me to release to you? Son of a Father (Barabbas), or I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) who is called Anointed (Messiah, Christ)?”
18 Because he knew that out of envy they had delivered Him.
19 When he sat down on the judgment seat, his wife sent him a message saying, “Have nothing to do with that just man; for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of Him.”
20 But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude to ask for Son of a Father (Barabbas), and destroy I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).
21 The governor answered them, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” They answered, “Son of a Father (Barabbas).”
22 Armed with a Spear (Pilate) said to them, “What will I do then with I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) who is called Anointed (Messiah, Christ)?” They all shouted back to him, “Let Him be crucified!”
23 Then the governor asked, “Why, what evil has He done?” But they cried out all the more, saying, “Let Him be crucified!”
24 When Armed with a Spear (Pilate) saw that he could not prevail, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this just person; see to it.”
25 Then all the people answered, “His blood be on us, and on our children.”
26 Then he released Son of a Father (Barabbas) to them; and when he had scourged I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), he delivered Him to be crucified.
27 Then the soldiers of the governor took I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) into the common hall and gathered the whole band of soldiers around Him.
28 They stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him.
29 Then they wove a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand; and they bowed the knee before Him, and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Praise (Jews)!”
30 Then they spit on Him, took the reed, and hit Him on the head.
31 After they mocked Him, they took the robe off Him, put His own raiment on Him, and led Him away to crucify Him.
32 And as they came out, they found a man from Supremacy of the Bridle (Cyrene), Heard (Simon) by name; and they compelled him to bear His cross.
33 When they came to a place called The Skull (Golgotha),
34 They gave Him vinegar to drink mingled with gall; and when He had tasted it, He would not drink.
35 There they crucified Him, and parted His garments, casting lots; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, “They parted My garments among them, and on My vesture did they cast lots.”
36 Then they sat down and watched Him there;
37 Set up over His head His accusation was written: “This Is I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), The King Of The Praise (Jews).”
38 There were two thieves crucified with Him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.
39 And those who passed by reviled Him, wagging their heads,
40 Saying, “You that destroy the temple, and build it in three days, save Yourself. If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”
41 Likewise also the chief priests mocked Him, with the scribes and elders, saying,
42 “He saved others but He cannot save Himself. If He is the King of God Prevails (Israel), let Him come down from the cross now, and we will believe Him.
43 He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him now, if He will have Him; He said, ‘I am the Son of God.’”
44 The thieves also, who were crucified with Him, cast the same in His teeth.
45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land to the ninth hour.
46 About the ninth hour I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is to say, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken Me?”
47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, “This man calls for My God is I Am (Elijah).”
48 And straightway one of them ran, took a sponge, filled it with vinegar, put it on a reed, and gave it to Him to drink.
49 The rest said, “Let it be, let us see whether My God is I Am (Elijah) will come to save Him.”
50 Then, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), when He had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 At that moment, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks split;
52 Graves were opened, and many bodies of the saints who slept arose,
53 They came out of the graves after His resurrection, went into the Holy City, and appeared to many.
54 Now when the centurion, and those who were with him, watching I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), saw the earthquake, and those things that happened, they feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was the Son of God.”
55 Many women were there watching from far off, who followed I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) from Circuit-District (Galilee), ministering to Him;
56 Among which was Rebellion The Tower (Mary Magdalene), and Rebellion (Mary) the mother of Supplanter (James) and Exalted (Joses), and the mother of My Gift’s (Zebedee’s) children.
57 When the evening came, there a rich man of A Height (Arimathaea) named I AM Will Add (Joseph) came. He also was I AM is Our Salvation’s (Yeshua’s) disciple;
58 He went to Armed With a Spear (Pilate) and begged for the body of I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua). Then Armed With a Spear (Pilate) commanded the body to be delivered to him.
59 When I AM Will Add (Joseph) had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth.
60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock. He rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher and departed.
61 Rebellion The Tower (Mary Magdalene), and the other Rebellion (Mary), were sitting over against the sepulcher.
62 Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and The Separate (Pharisees) went to Armed With a Spear (Pilate),
63 Saying, “Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while He was yet alive, ‘After three days I will rise again.’
64 Therefore command that the sepulcher be made sure until the third day, lest His disciples come by night, and steal Him away, and say to the people, He is risen from the dead; so the last error will be worse than the first.”
65 Armed With a Spear (Pilate) said to them, “You have a watch; go your way, make it as secure as you can.”
66 So they went to make the sepulcher sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.
28
1 At the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn on the first day of the week, Rebellion The Tower (Mary Magdalene) and the other Rebellion (Mary) went to see the sepulcher.
2 And suddenly, there was a great earthquake; because the Angel of the Lord descended from Heaven. He rolled back the stone from the door and sat on it.
3 His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing, white as snow;
4 And for fear of him the keepers shook and became like dead men.
5 Then the angel spoke to the women, “Fear not; for I know that you seek I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), who was crucified.
6 He is not here. He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7 Go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and that He goes before you into Circuit-District (Galilee); there you will see Him; see, I have told you.”
8 So they departed quickly from the sepulcher with fear and great joy; and ran to bring His disciples the news.
9 As they went to tell His disciples, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) met them, saying, “Be glad!” And they came and held Him by His feet and worshipped Him.
10 Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “Do not be afraid; go tell My brothers that they are to go into Circuit-District (Galilee), and there will they see Me.”
11 After they left, some of the watch went into the city and showed the chief priests all the things that were done.
12 When they were assembled with the elders and had taken counsel, they gave a large amount of money to the soldiers,
13 Saying, “Tell people His disciples came by night and stole Him away while we slept.
14 If this comes to the governor's ears, we will persuade him and protect you.”
15 So they took the money and did as they were taught; and this saying is commonly reported among the Praise (Jews) until this day.
16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Circuit-District (Galilee), to a mountain where I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had appointed them.
17 When they saw Him, they worshipped Him; but some doubted.
18 And I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) came and spoke to them, saying, “All power is given to Me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;
20 Teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you; and know, I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Amen.
