And He [God (Elohiym)] Called (Leviticus) 8

And He [God (Elohiym)] Called (Leviticus) 8

I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) spoke to Drawn (Moses), saying,

“Take Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a bullock for the sin offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread;

Gather all the congregation together to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.”

So Drawn (Moses) did as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded him; and the assembly was gathered together to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Then Drawn (Moses) said to the congregation, “This is the thing which I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded to be done.”

Then Drawn (Moses) brought Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons, and washed them with water.

He put on him the coat, girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe. He put the ephod on him, and he girded him with the curious girdle of the ephod and bound it to him there.

He put the breastplate on him: also, he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim.

He put the turban on his head; also, on the turban, on its forefront, he put the golden plate, the holy crown; as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded Drawn (Moses).

Drawn (Moses) took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

He sprinkled it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, both the laver and its foot, to sanctify them.

He poured the anointing oil on Light Bringer’s (Aaron) head and anointed him, to sanctify him.

Then Drawn (Moses) brought Light Bringer’s (Aaron) sons, and put coats on them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets on them; as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded Drawn (Moses).

He brought the bullock for the sin offering: and Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bullock for the sin offering.

He slew it, and Drawn (Moses) took the blood and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation on it.

Then he took all the fat that was on the inwards and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Drawn (Moses) burned it on the altar.

But the bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded Drawn (Moses).

He brought the ram for the burnt offering: and Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

He killed it, and Drawn (Moses) sprinkled the blood on the altar round about.

He cut the ram into pieces, and Drawn (Moses) burnt the head and the pieces, and the fat.

He washed the inwards and the legs in water, and Drawn (Moses) burnt the whole ram on the altar: it was a burnt sacrifice for a sweet savor and an offering made by fire to I AM (the LORD, Yehovah); as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded Drawn (Moses).

He brought the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

He slew it, and Drawn (Moses) took of the blood of it, and put it on the tip of Light Bringer’s (Aaron) right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

He brought Light Bringer’s (Aaron) sons, and Drawn (Moses) put the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the great toes of their right feet: and Drawn (Moses) sprinkled the blood on the altar round about.

Then he took the fat, and the rump, and all the fat that was on the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right shoulder:

And out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before I AM (the LORD, Yehovah), he took one unleavened cake, and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and put them on the fat, and on the right shoulder:

And he put all on Light Bringer’s (Aaron) hands, and on his sons' hands, and waved them for a wave offering before I AM (the LORD, Yehovah).

Drawn (Moses) took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar on the burnt offering: they were consecrations for a sweet savor: it is an offering made by fire to I AM (the LORD, Yehovah).

Drawn (Moses) took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before I AM (the LORD, Yehovah): for of the ram of consecration it was Drawn’s (Moses) part; as I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded Drawn (Moses).

And Drawn (Moses) took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Light Bringer (Aaron), and on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons' garments with him; and sanctified Light Bringer (Aaron), and his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him.

Then Drawn (Moses) said to Light Bringer (Aaron) and to his sons, “Boil the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and eat it there with the bread that is in the basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons shall eat it.

That which remains of the flesh and of the bread you shall burn with fire.

You shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you.

As he has done this day, so I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) has commanded to do, to make an atonement for you.

Therefore you shall abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of I AM (the LORD, Yehovah), that you die not: for so I am commanded.”

So Light Bringer (Aaron) and his sons did all things which I AM (the LORD, Yehovah) commanded by the hand of Drawn (Moses).
