1 He left there and came to the region of Land of Praise (Judea) by the far side of The Descender (Jordan), and the people flocked to Him again; and, as was His custom, He taught them again.
2
Then, The Separate (Pharisees) came to Him, and asked Him, “Is it lawful for a
man to put away his wife?” testing Him.
3
He answered them, “What did Drawn (Moses) command you?”
4
They said, “Drawn (Moses) permitted to write a bill of divorcement, and to put
her away.”
5
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) replied, “Because of the
hardness of your heart, he wrote you this precept.
6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and
female.
7 For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and cleave
to his wife;
8 And the couple will become one flesh: so then, they are no longer
two, but one flesh.
9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.”
10
Later, in the house, His disciples asked Him again about the same matter.
11
He said to them, “Whoever will put away His wife, and
marry another, commits adultery against her.
12 And if a woman divorces her husband, and marries another, she
committeth adultery.”
13
Then they brought young children to Him, that He should touch them: and His
disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14
But when I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) saw it, he was very displeased, and
said to them, “Permit the little children to come to Me,
and forbid them not: for of such is the Kingdom of God.
15 Truly I say to you, whosoever will not receive the Kingdom of God
as a little child, he will not enter therein.”
16
And He took them up in His arms, put His hands on them, and blessed them.
17
When He started down the road, a man came running, knelt before Him, and asked
him, “Good Master, what will I do that I may inherit eternal life?”
18
And I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Why do
you call me good? There is none good but one, that is, God.”
19 You know the commandments, ‘Do not commit adultery, Do not kill,
Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honor your father and
mother.’”
20
He answered, “Master, all these have I observed from my youth.”
21
Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) beholding him, loved him, and said to him, “You lack one thing: go your way, sell whatsoever you have,
and give to the poor. Then you will have treasure in heaven: and come, take up
the cross, and follow Me.”
22
But he was sad at that saying and went away grieved: for he had great
possessions.
23
Then I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) looked round about, and said to his
disciples, “It is so hard for those that have riches to enter into the Kingdom of God!”
24
And the disciples were astonished at His words. But I AM is Our Salvation
(Yeshua) said to them, “Children, how hard is it for
them that trust in riches to enter the Kingdom of God!
25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than
for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.”
26
They were astonished beyond measure, saying among themselves, “Who then can be
saved?”
27
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), looking on them said, “With
men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”
28
Then Stone (Peter) said to Him, “Look, we have left all and have
followed You.”
29
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered him, “Truly I
say to you, there is no man that has left house, or brethren, or sisters, or
father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the
gospel's,
30 But he will receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and
brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions;
and in the world to come, eternal life.
31 But many that are first will be last; and the last first.”
32
They were on the road going up to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem); and I AM is Our
Salvation (Yeshua) went before them. They were amazed and afraid as they
followed. He took the twelve again and began to tell them what things would
happen to Him,
33
Saying, “We are going up to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem);
and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests, and to the scribes. They
will condemn Him to death, and will deliver Him to the Gentiles:
34 And they will mock Him, and scourge Him, spit on Him, and kill Him:
but on the third day He will rise again.”
35
Supplanter (James) and I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), the sons of My Gift
(Zebedee), came to Him, saying, “Master, we want You to give us our desire.”
36
He answered them, “What do you want me to do for you?”
37
They said to Him, “Grant to us that we may sit, one on Your right hand, and the
other on Your left hand, in Your glory.”
38
But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to them, “You
don’t know what you are asking: can you drink of the cup that I drink of? And
be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?”
39
They answered, “We can.” And I AM is Our Salvation
(Yeshua) said to them, “You will indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and
with the baptism that I am baptized with, you will be baptized:
40 But to sit on My right hand and on My left hand is not mine to
give; but it will be given to them for whom it is prepared.”
41
When the ten heard it, they were very displeased with Supplanter (James) and I
AM is a Gracious Giver (John).
42
But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) called them to Himself, and said to them, “You know that those who are accounted to rule over the
Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority over
them.
43 But will it not be so among you: but whosoever will be great
among you, will be your servant:
44 And whoever of you will be the chief, will be a servant of all.
45 For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered to, but to
minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
46
Then they came to Its Moon (Jericho): and as He left Its Moon (Jericho) with
his disciples and a great number of people, blind Son of Highly Valued
(Bartimaeus), the son of Highly Valued (Timaeus), sat by the highway side
begging.
47
And when he heard that it was I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) of The Guarded One
(Nazareth), he began to cry out, saying, “I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), Son
of David, have mercy on me.”
48
Many told him that he should hold his peace, but he cried the more a great
deal, “You! Son of David, have mercy on me.”
49
And I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) stood still and commanded him to be called. So,
they call the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good comfort, rise; He calls for
you.”
50
He, casting away his (beggars) garment, rose, and came to I AM is Our Salvation
(Yeshua).
51
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “What do
you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Lord, that I
might receive my sight.”
52
And I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “Go your
way; your faith has made you whole.” Immediately, he received his sight,
and followed I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) in the way.
