Battering Ram (Mark) 9

He told them, “Truly I say to you, there are some of you that stand here who will not taste death, till they have seen the Kingdom of God come with power.”

And after six days, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) took Stone (Peter), Supplanter (James), and I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) with Him and led them up into a high mountain apart by themselves. There, He was transfigured before them.

His robes became shiny, exceeding white as snow; as no laundry on earth can whiten them.

My God is I Am (Elijah) and Drawn (Moses) appeared to them: and they were talking with I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua).

Stone (Peter) responded by saying to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), “Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for You, one for Drawn (Moses), and one for My God is I Am (Elijah).”

Because he didn’t know what to say, they were very afraid.

Then a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my beloved Son: hear Him.”

And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they didn’t see anyone, except I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) and themselves.

As they came down from the mountain, He instructed them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, until the Son of Man had risen from the dead.

So they kept saying that to themselves, questioning each other about what the rising from the dead should mean.

Then they asked Him, “Why do the scribes say that My God is I Am (Elijah) must first come?”

He answered them, “My God is I Am (Elijah) Truly comes first, and restores all things; and it is written of the Son of Man, that He must suffer many things, and be despised.

But I say to you, My God is I Am (Elijah) has already come, and they have done to him whatever they desired, as it is written of him.”

When He came to His disciples, He saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning them.

Right away, all the people, when they saw Him, were greatly amazed, and ran to Him and saluted Him.

He asked the scribes, “Why are you questioning them?”

One of the multitudes answered, “Master, I have brought to You my son, who has a dumb spirit;

Whenever he takes him, he tears him: and he foams, gnashes with his teeth, and pines away. I asked Your disciples to cast him out, and they could not.”

He answered him, “O faithless generation, how long will I be with you? How long will I put up with you? Bring him to Me.”

They brought him to Him: and when he saw Him, right away the spirit tore him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming at the mouth.

He asked his father, “How long has he suffered?” And he said,” Since he was a child.

Oftentimes it has cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if You can do anything, have compassion on us, and help us.”

I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.”

The father of the child cried out, with tears, “Lord, I believe; please help my unbelief.”

When I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the foul spirit, saying to Him, “You dumb and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and do not enter him again.”

The spirit cried, convulsing him, and came out of him. He was as one dead; insomuch that many said, “He is dead.”

But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) took him by the hand, lifted him up; and he arose.

When He came into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, “Why couldn’t we cast him out?”

He answered, “This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.”

They departed from there and passed through Circuit-District (Galilee); but He didn’t want anyone to know it.

He taught His disciples, “The Son of Man will be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill Him; and after He is killed, He will rise the third day.”

But they didn’t understand and were afraid to ask Him.

When He came to Village of Comfort (Capernaum), He went into the house and He asked them, “What was it that you were arguing about on the way?”

But they held their peace: for on the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.

So, He sat down, and calling the twelve, He said to them, “If any man desires to be first, the same will be last of all, and servant of all.”

Then He took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when He had taken Him in His arms, He said to them,

“Whoever will receive a child in My name, receives Me: and whoever will receive me, receives not Me, but Him that sent Me.”

Then I AM is a Gracious Giver (John) answered Him, saying, “Master, we saw someone casting out devils in Your name, but he didn’t follow us: and we forbid him, because he doesn’t follow us.

But I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said, “Don’t forbid him: for there is no man who will do a miracle in My name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

He that is not against us is for us.

Whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, Truly I say to you, he will not lose his reward.

Whoever will offend one of these little ones that believe in Me, it is better for him that a millstone was hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never will be quenched:

Where the worm never dies, and the fire is not quenched.

And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off: it is better for you to enter crippled into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never will be quenched:

Where their worm never dies, and the fire is not quenched.

And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out: it is better for you to enter the Kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:

Where the worm never dies, and the fire is not quenched.

For everyone will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be salted with salt.

Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves and have peace with one another.”
