1
When they got near Rain of Peace (Jerusalem), to House of Unripe Figs
(Bethphage) and, at the Mount of Olives, He sent two of his disciples,
2
Saying to them, “Go to the village over there, and
as soon as you enter it, you will find a colt tied, that has never been ridden;
loose him and bring him.
3 And if any man asks, ‘Why do you do this? Say that the
Lord has need of him;’ and right away he will send him with you.”
4
So they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door in a place where
two ways met; and they loosened him.
5
There were some men standing there, and one said to them, “Why are you losing
the colt?”
6
They told them what I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) had commanded, and they let
them go.
7
Then they brought the colt to I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) and cast their
garments on him; and He sat on him.
8
Many spread their garments in the way, and others cut down branches off the trees
and strew them in the way.
9
Those that went before, and those that followed, cried, saying, “Hosanna;
Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord:
10
Blessed be the kingdom of our father Beloved (David), that comes in the name of
the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
11
So, I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) entered Rain of Peace (Jerusalem) and entered the temple. He looked around at everything. When evening came, he went out to House
of Depression or Misery (Bethany) with the twelve.
12
The next day, when they were coming from House of Depression or Misery
(Bethany), He was hungry:
13
Seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, He came, hoping he might find a thing
there: and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves; for the time of
figs was not yet.
14
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) said to it, “No man will
eat fruit of you hereafter forever.” And His disciples heard it.
15
They got to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem): and I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) went
into the temple, and began to cast out those that sold and bought in the
temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of those who
sold doves.
16
He would not permit any man to carry any vessel through the temple.
17
Then He taught them, “Is it not written,
‘My house will be called of all nations the house of prayer?’ But you have made
it a den of thieves.”
18
Then the scribes and chief priests heard it and sought how they might destroy Him.
They feared Him because all the people were astonished at His doctrine.
19
When evening came, He went out of the city.
20
And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the
roots.
21
Stone (Peter) remembered and said to Him, “Master, look, the fig tree You
cursed is withered away!”
22
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “Have
faith in God.
23 For truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be
removed, and be cast into the sea; and will not doubt in his heart but will
believe that those things which he said will come to pass; he will have
whatsoever he said.
24 Therefore, I say to you, Whatever things you desire, when you
pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
25 And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have anger
against any: that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your
trespasses.
26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in
heaven forgive your trespasses.”
27
And they come again to Rain of Peace (Jerusalem). As He was walking in the
temple, the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders came to Him,
28
And said to him, “By what authority do You do these things? And who gave You
this authority to do these things?”
29
I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua) answered them, “I
will also ask you one question. Answer Me, and I will tell you by what
authority I do these things.
30 The baptism of I AM is a Gracious Giver (John), was it from
heaven, or of men? Answer Me.”
31
They reasoned among themselves, saying, “If we will say, from heaven, He will
say, ‘Why then did you not believe him?’
32
But if we say, of men, they feared the people: for all men counted I AM is a
Gracious Giver (John), that he was a prophet indeed.”
33
So they answered I AM is Our Salvation (Yeshua), “We cannot tell.” And I AM is
Our Salvation (Yeshua) replied, “Neither
will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”
